My name is Agata Fabich Takayama. I am a trained painter. I copy paintings to allow more people to enjoy the visual powers of conception, imagination and unique skill.

A good copy of the painting that has won your heart may have just as much sentimental value to you than the original piece.
For art lovers, it can be difficult to distinguish a reproduction from the original, unless they are experts in the art of painting.
Not many people are able to afford a work of art by a great artist. In some cases, it might not even be practical to have an expensive painting hanging on your wall, because it might get stolen or be lost in a fire or damaged by water.
On the other hand, a good reproduction of the painting that means so much to you can be enjoyed for many years with no worries.
My love of the works of the great artists and my sense of detail ensure that you will get a beautiful and very accurate copy of the painting that has a unique place in your life.
I love to work on the paintings and often forget everything around me while I work.
How I copy your special painting
When you order a hand-painted reproduction of a painting, I will start looking for a perfect printed reproduction of the painting.
When I have found it, I will draw a sketch of the painting using pencil on canvas. Then, I will start painting.
Once I get started painting, it is hard for me to stop. I will paint for hours on end from the early hours of the morning and get completely lost in the work. I prefer to work with oil or acrylic paint, pencils and coloured pencils.
